By creating an Flowtark account you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding contract. Keep your password safe — you're responsible for everything that happens under your account.
No spam, no illegal invoicing, no impersonation, no attempts to break the service. We may suspend accounts that do any of those.
You own the data you put in. We process it under our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete it at any time from Settings.
We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime but don't guarantee it. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when practical.
Paid plans are billed per the active pricing on our website. The Free plan carries a watermark and usage limits; those may change over time with notice.
Flowtark is provided "as is". We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at what you paid us in that period.
You can close your account at any time from Settings. We can terminate for serious breach of these terms with reasonable notice.
